How to ask

Ask for a refund through Link support: https://support.link.com. Link is the merchant of record and handles refunds.

You can also write to shop@didana.com and we will help you. Please include your order number or the email you used.

How it works

When you ask Link for a refund, Stripe contacts us as the seller. We are asked to reply within 48 hours of Stripe's email, and if we do not, Stripe may refund anyway. Stripe and Link make the final decision, not us, and may refund at their own discretion within 60 days.

Link's terms may give consumers in the EU a 14-day cooling-off period. On our site you ask for immediate delivery and agree that you lose your right to withdraw once delivery starts; whether Link honours that is for Link to decide. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
