Who is responsible

What we collect

Your email address, the book and language ordered, the order number and status, the country your request came from (taken from Cloudflare, not stored as an IP address), the billing country from Stripe, and a record that you accepted the immediate-delivery wording.

When you open or use a download link we record the time, the result, your country and your browser's user agent. We do not store IP addresses.

Why

To deliver the e-book, to answer questions and refund requests, to keep accounting records the law requires, and to prevent misuse of download links.

Who processes data

Stripe and Link process your payment and are the merchant of record. They handle your payment details and receive your email address under their own privacy policies.

Amazon SES (region eu-north-1, Stockholm) sends our emails.

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores orders and the e-book files. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is not a bot on the purchase page.

Umami (Umami Cloud) counts visits and button clicks. It sets no cookies. With each page view and event it receives the page address (order and download addresses are replaced by a generic path, so it never sees your order or download link), the page title, the referrer, your language, screen size and the site name. As with any web request, Umami also receives your IP address and browser details. We never send your email address, order number or download link.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. Your language comes from the address you open.

How long

We keep records until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as tax and accounting rules require. There is no automatic deletion.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, and you can object to processing. Write to shop@didana.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
